- Description of Action or Investigation Trueway IT, LLC was subject to an enforcement action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Enforcement Bureau, related to the Company’s Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) filing requirements. (1) Law enforcement or regulatory agencies involved: Federal Communications Commission, Enforcement Bureau. (2) Date the action or investigation was commenced: The enforcement action was commenced and reflected in a Removal Order issued on August 25, 2025, in the matter titled In the Matter of Robocall Mitigation Database Filers, in which Trueway IT, LLC was specifically named. (3) Current status of the action or investigation: The Company has corrected the identified filing-related deficiency and has updated its Robocall Mitigation Database filing to comply with FCC requirements. The Company continues to cooperate fully with FCC staff. (4) Summary of findings of wrongdoing: The FCC determined that the Company’s Robocall Mitigation Database filing did not sufficiently meet certain disclosure requirements under 47 CFR § 64.6305. No findings of intentional misconduct, unlawful robocalling, or improper call origination activity were made against the Company. (5) Final determinations: A Removal Order was issued on August 25, 2025. No additional enforcement actions, penalties, or findings beyond the filing-related determination have been issued.
