- Our company, StudioCart LLC DBA: Heartland Web Development, does not have the technical capability to implement the STIR/SHAKEN framework directly. We operate a PBX system that originates calls, but all calls are routed through STIR/SHAKEN-compliant upstream trunk providers, such as Twilio and VoIP Innovations. These providers handle full STIR/SHAKEN authentication for calls originating form our network. It should be noted that no autodialers are used at anytime. Calls are normal office call traffic. We ensure that all trunk providers we use are FCC-compliant and have implemented STIR/SHAKEN authentication. Our role as a voice service provider is limited to originating calls through compliant upstream providers, who complete and authenticate the calls in accordance with FCC requirements. We maintain a robust robocall mitigation program to prevent illegal calls, including: Customer screening during onboarding. Monitoring call activity through tools provided by upstream providers. Cooperation with traceback requests within 24 hours. By relying on compliant upstream providers, we ensure that all calls we originate meet the requirements of 47 CFR § 64.6301 through our providers' full implementation of STIR/SHAKEN.
