Exemption rules: We certify under 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(2)(i) that we have not implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework on any portion of our network. This exemption applies because we do not have control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. Our voice services are provided using the 3CX platform in conjunction with SIP trunking services from Skyetel and Telnyx, both of which have implemented STIR/SHAKEN and sign outbound calls in compliance with FCC requirements. As a reseller and non-facilities-based provider, we do not originate calls directly on our own infrastructure and therefore cannot independently determine attestation levels or obtain STIR/SHAKEN certificates. We rely on our upstream providers to perform caller ID authentication. We have implemented a robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(c), including: -Prohibiting the use of robocalling applications or custom call flows. -Monitoring outbound call patterns for suspicious activity. -Responding to traceback requests within 24 hours. -Cooperating fully with the Commission, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium. We have not been subject to any enforcement actions related to robocalling or spoofing.
