Litcomp is a local very small reseller and we only allow calls to be placed from numbers that we own and are provided to us. Based on the FCC's rule 47 CFR § 64.6305(a) we do not have a direct connection to the PSTN. FCC has specified that the STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirement does not apply to providers that lack control of the network infrastructure necessary to implement the framework, so resellers do not have any implementation obligations themselves. Our network termination relies on upstream provider Telnyx which has fully implemented STIR/SHAKEN standards so our calls go out signed with Stir/Shaken. We do not have any automated application that makes outbound calls. The only outbound calls originating from our service are real human users that manually dials and it then goes through robocall protection software before sending calls to upstream provider Telnyx who further signs our calls with STIR/SHAKEN.
