- Netsteller IT Solutions is an Information Technology company. We are not a full Voice Provider, but we only maintain and support our customers VoIP systems. We interconnect our customers VoIP systems through VPN connections and route the traffic to and from the service provider “VoIP Innovations”. VoIP Innovations required us to file with the Mitigation database to further do business with them and pass the customers VoIP traffic through them. We also have less than 100,000 collective voice service line subscribers. All of the voice traffic that flows through our system is maintained by us only and the clients do not have the ability to change CallerID or other system settings. All of the systems use VPN connections and so no outside unwanted traffic is past through our systems. All of the equipment is secured using IP addresses on both sides of the trunks from VoIP Innovations so no man‐in‐the‐middle attacks can happen.
