- The FCC under DA 25-737 on Aug 25, 2025 ruled that were were not in compliance with the Robocall Mitigation certification and thus within two business days of the release of that order all intermediate providers and voice service providers had to cease accepting traffic from us. When we were made aware of this ruling on Aug 25, we immediately began our own internal investigation into the matter. It was determined that emails from the FCC were not being delivered to the proper email address, and thus we had no record of the notice being sent. We revised our RMD filing and uploaded our revised Robocall Mitigation Plan and are currently working to be compliant.
