- Although Page Plus, Inc. qualifies as a voice service provider under 47 CFR § 64.6306, we are a Paging Carrier, and our network is callable of receiving inbound traffic only. Our Infrastructure cannot originate any type of outbound traffic. Our network relies on STIR/SHAKEN compliance upstream before traffic reaches our local switch. Should we identify traffic as robocalls we will take action to notify our upstream carriers of the activity. Additionally, our one-way paging network does not have the ability to implement a STIR/SHAKEN architecture and therefore we would seek exemption under 35 FCC Rcd 3241, para. 40. Filer does not have access to the necessary infrastructure to implement STIR/SHAKEN.
