Description
To address the interruption and comply with FCC requirements, we took the following corrective actions: Reviewed the removal orders issued on August 6 and August 25 to identify all deficiencies cited by the Commission. Updated our Robocall Mitigation Database filing to ensure accuracy and alignment with the FCC’s requirements. Revised our STIR/SHAKEN attestation information to match the certification level represented in our RMD plan. Strengthened and expanded our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including vetting, verification, onboarding, and monitoring processes. Submitted our updated information to the Enforcement Bureau, which resulted in the provisional reinstatement of our filing on September 2. Implemented internal compliance checks to prevent future discrepancies between our RMD filing and our mitigation plan. The Company maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) program that includes customer vetting and onboarding, identity and service verification, and ongoing monitoring of traffic. The Company uses internal controls and, where applicable, third-party analytics and monitoring tools to identify potentially unlawful or non-compliant traffic. Suspicious activity is investigated, escalated as appropriate, and mitigated, including suspension or termination of service when necessary.
