- Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 64.6300(n), our company does not qualify as a "voice service provider" because we do not originate or terminate calls directly to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). All inbound and outbound PSTN traffic is handled exclusively through our third-party carrier, which is responsible for STIR/SHAKEN implementation and robocall mitigation.

- Tech Friends was affected by the removal order issued on August 25, 2025. The employee who originally filed our details with the FCC left the company without transitioning this, and as such, we were unaware of the previous warnings regarding our incomplete RMD plan. Tech Friends, Inc. Immediately regained control over our FCC RMD account, and drafted and implemented our RMD plan. This was submitted to the RMD on 9/2/2025. We've since revised it for minor changes as advised by FCC staff and consider our filing to be complete.
