- Pursuant to Section 64.6304 (d), Cox is subject to a continuing extension for those non-IP portions of its networks that rely on technology that cannot initiate, maintain, carry, process, and terminate SIP calls. Cox complies with the requirements of Section 64.6303 (a) (2) by participating directly in the ATIS/SIP-Forum IP-NNI Task Force and the ATIS PTSC Non-IP Call Authentication Task Force which is leading efforts to develop the call authentication protocol for non-IP networks.
