In accordance with the FCC’s limited waiver of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent Revocation Rule (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(a)(10)), we have determined that we do not maintain full operational control over the VoIP infrastructure utilized in our broadband network. The voice service is delivered via an over-the-top (OTT) application provided by Momentum, which inherently limits our ability to directly manage or implement consent revocation mechanisms across the entire communication platform.
