It is further clarified that for the purpose of this RMP, Bharti Airtel Limited (‘Airtel’) is a Foreign Service provider, and a provider of the international voice transit & carriage providing wholesale services i.e., receiving and sending international wholesale voice traffic to international carriers with whom it holds contractual arrangements. The voice traffic that Airtel carries is in nature of Transit Traffic that is collected from international carriers and handed-over/terminated internationally using its carrier partners, including traffic for the USA. Airtel neither originates voice traffic on its own nor terminates it to any end user directly.
