We are only filing as a MNO who provide voice calling services to our subscribers, and we have to connect that traffic to another carrier, hence we have limited control over the full voice traffic but we can take preventive reasonable steps to fight Robocalls. We would also like to remark that we act as a foreign MNO with no license as a Carrier or MNO in the USA.
