Description: Out of an abundance of caution, Telecall discloses that it received a “Cease and Desist Demand” letter from the Federal Trade Commission, East Central Region, on November 27, 2023. This letter determined that Telecall was “apparently routing and transmitting illegal robocall traffic” between January 19, 2021 and July 10, 2023. The letter stated “if you are engaged in these activities, then you must immediately cease and desist from engaging in them.” Pursuant to further instructions in the letter, Telecall certified that, to the extent applicable, it had ceased engaging in the activities described in the letter.
