Description: VinaKom discloses that it was included in FCC Enforcement Order, DA 24-1235, (rel. Dec. 10, 2024), which directed VinaKom, along with approximately 2,411 other providers, to “cure the deficiencies in each Company’s Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) certification and notify the Bureau that the deficiencies have been cured; or to file a response explaining why the Bureau should not remove the Company’s certification from the RMD.” Subsequently, VinaKom was included in FCC Enforcement Order, DA 25-694 (rel. Aug. 6, 2025), which found that VinaKom, along with over 180 other providers, had a "deficient RMD certification[] because [it] failed to update [its] certification[] with the required information." VinaKom’s RMD certification was delisted, Vinakom was reinstated in Robocall Data base on 27 August 2025.
