- As a PTT and a Voice Service Provider in Panama we are evaluating all the outbound traffic to FCC regulated countries, we are adding attestation signature at a level 'C' to the calls from USA/Canada origination numbers to USA/Canada destination numbers since they could be roaming in our mobile network and are required to contain such level of validation before reaching USA/Canada telecommunication network, on the other hand, origination numbers from Panama subscriber are not being signed since it is not part nor mandated in the regulation.
