Description
- on April 13, 2022 we have received a subpoena from the US Social requesting Security Administration requesting information/documentation in connection with an official inquiry concerning potential violation(s) of Section 1140 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 1320b-10). - we have provided the requested information and argue that the illegitimate voice traffic was not originated from our network. - after further discussions a No-fault settlement agreement dated February 6th, 2023 was signed between our company and Office of the Inspector General for the Social Security Administration and NTC International, Inc. was released and discharged from any claim, demand or causes of action.
