Description: On December 3, 2025, Bandwidth Inc. ("Bandwidth") was the recipient of a notice from the Anti-Robocall Mitigation Litigation Task Force (a 51-member bipartisan collective of State Attorneys General, led by the Attorneys General of Indiana, North Carolina, and Ohio) ("Task Force") memorializing its investigative findings due to its determination that Bandwidth was transmitting "calls associated with high-volume illegal and/or suspicious robocall campaigns on behalf of one or more of its customers." On December 23, 2025, Bandwidth replied in writing with concrete steps it was taking: taking evidence-driven enforcement actions (including service restrictions and terminations), increasing monitoring, increasing ITG collaboration, engaging in targeted customer outreach, and engaging in technology-based network mitigation. Bandwidth also held an in-person meeting on January 13, 2026 with the Anti-Robocall Mitigation Task Force and senior Bandwidth leadership following that letter response. There has been no further action from the Task Force as of the date of this filing.
