- Per a Notice of Failure to Comply received May 15, 2025, Verizon's previous certification to full STIR/SHAKEN implementation (Option 1) was incorrect because our mitigation program accurately states that the non-IP portions of Verizon's networks do not have STIR/SHAKEN implemented. Because STIR/SHAKEN is fully implemented on our IP networks, and our robocall mitigation program is applied across all traffic in our networks, Verizon believes this is consistent with Option 1, but will follow the instructions in the notice.
