In addition, MVEC is unable to implement STIR/SHAKEN due to a lack of control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. MVEC relies on Alianza to sign calls, since Alianza controls the network infrastructure. Alianza has obtained a Service Provider Code token and has completed STIR/SHAKEN implementation.
