- Granby Telephone LLC qualifies for the continuing extension of the STIR/SHAKEN implementation deadline as small voice service providers (§64.6304 (a)(2)) that have non-IP portions within their networks §64.6304(d). Granby Telephone LLC provides local service to fewer than 100,000 voice subscriber lines. As required to meet the non-IP network criteria for the continuing extension and consistent with §64.6303 (a)(2), Granby Telephone LLC is a member of NTCA and NTCA participates on the ATIS Non-IP taskforce working group which is working to develop non-IP caller ID authentication solutions. NTCA is serving as Granby Telephone LLC’s third-party representative on the ATIS Non-IP taskforce working group.
