- Midstate Communications was in receipt of an FCC Notice of Deficiency email dated 10/2/2024 related to the requirement for “Principals”. On 10/2/2024 the “Principals” field was updated by the company in the RMD and the deficiency was corrected. An email was sent to the FCC to let them know of the correction and receipt acknowledged. No other notices have been received after this date.
