- STIR tokens are only issued to TSPs with phone number assignment to their OCN by the CRTC. Since we rely completely on wholesalers for number assignment (we have no numbers assigned to our OCN), it is their responsibility to ensure all calls are signed correctly. We have confirmed with the CRTC this is the only currently available method for our business. We have also confirmed with our carriers that all calls are being verified and signed upstream. These notes for our business have also been filed with the CRTC.
