In the notice, it explained that Pursuant to paragraph 46 of the Sixth Caller ID Authentication Report and Order (FCC 23-18), new and existing filers are required to provide information regarding their principals, affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies. You failed to provide this information, including information regarding any principal(s) that exercise management or control of the filing entity. On October 4, 2024, the Company responded to RMD compliance that it had updated its Robocall Mitigation Plan and RMD submission form to comply with the requirements set forth in the email dated October 2, 2024.
