47 CFR Sec. 64.6304(d) – extension of implementation deadline for non-IP networks. To meet the non-IP network criteria for the continuing STIR SHAKEN extension (§ 64.6303 (a)(2)), Waverly Hall is a member of NTCA which participates on the ATIS Non-IP taskforce working group which developed the (ATIS Solutions) non-IP call authentication solutions. NTCA is serving as Waverly Hall’s third-party representative on the ATIS Non-IP taskforce working group. In 2026, Waverly Hall Telephone is migrating to SIP-based technology through Alianza cloud voice at which time we will be fully compliant to STIR/SHAKEN requirements for all voice service lines and originating calls.
