- According to the FCC Order Talk Telecom is exempt from STIR/SHAKEN because we do not control the network infrastructure necessary to authenticate calls. We have no access to any IP Portion of a call or the SIP header of any call in order to authenticate a call.

- Talk Telecom regrets any failure on its part to respond to a traceback request or any communication from the FCC regarding its RMP. Talk Telecom reviewed records of email communications to jorge.azevedo@talkcorporation.com (the email address associated with the company's FRN). Over the past three years and did not identify any email communications from the FCC relating to its Robocall Mitigation Plan or the Industry Traceback Group ("ITG"), much less any email related to a traceback request or its RMP. Please note that Talk Telecom does not disclaim having such emails, only that, following the Commission's August 6, 2025, its search did not locate the communications. The Company did receive emails from the FCC relating to temporary passwords and FCC Form 499 filings, as well as the email sent on August 6, 2025 from EnforcementBureauTCD@FCC.gov attaching a copy of the FCC’s August 6, 2025 Mass RMD Removal Order. However, there were no other material email relating to robocall issues. Notwithstanding, in order to increase the ability of Talk Telecom to quickly respond to communications from the FCC, USAC or the enforcement bureau, the company will be adding two additional active email addresses to the Company’s registration and FRN. Talk Telecom when allowed back into the Robocall Mitigation Database will stive for excellence in compliance just as it does in all other areas of the company.
