Description: In an abundance of caution, Telnyx LLC provides the following explanatory information in response to this question: In February 2025, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Enforcement Bureau, issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (NAL) to Telnyx LLC. (1) Agencies involved: Federal Communications Commission, Enforcement Bureau. (2) Date commenced: February 2025. (3) Current status: Telnyx timely responded to the NAL, disputing the Commission's preliminary findings. The matter did not proceed to a Forfeiture Order or other final adjudication, and no further action has been taken by the Commission. (4) Summary of findings: The NAL set forth the Commission's preliminary findings and proposed forfeiture amount based on alleged violations relating to certain call traffic transmitted over Telnyx's network. The NAL reflected alleged violations only and did not constitute a final determination of wrongdoing. (5) Final determinations: No final determination of wrongdoing was issued by the Commission, and no forfeiture penalty was imposed. The NAL was not converted into a final Commission order or finding of liability.
