- In August 2025, the FCC Enforcement Bureau issued DA 25-737, which removed our Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) certification because we did not update our filing by the February 26, 2024 deadline as required under 47 CFR § 64.6305(a). We take full responsibility for this oversight and acknowledge it was a mistake on our part. We will not allow this to happen again. Aloha Tone is committed to keeping its RMD filing fully current going forward, and we agree to comply with all FCC rules and update our certification and mitigation plan as required.
