- Whisl Disclosure: In August 7, 2025, Whisl received a notice from the Anti-Robocall Multistate Litigation Task Force, a coalition of state Attorneys General, regarding potential non-compliance with FCC robocall mitigation requirements. The notice raised concerns related to RMD filing obligations and traceback participation, including the transmission of suspicious illegal robocall traffic, and requested a response. The Company responded and cooperated fully. The notice did not result in any enforcement action, penalty, or adjudicated finding of wrongdoing, and no final determination has been issued. Should you require any additional information, please contact legal@whisl.com Affiliate Disclosure (SmartBiz Telecom): An affiliate of the Company, SmartBiz Telecom, was subject to a legal action brought by the Florida Attorney General’s Office (Case No. 1:22-cv-23945), which was resolved through a Consent Final Judgment issued on February 13, 2025. The case, which commenced on December 5, 2022, involved allegations related to robocall traffic. SmartBiz remains fully compliant with FCC regulations and continues to uphold all robocall mitigation requirements.
